Raquel Campbell was born in Santa Isabel de Fernanado Poo, an island of Equatorial Guinea in 1954 (former Spanish colony).
She is a self-taught painter by nature who, since she was little, already demonstrated her natural talent in each of her drawings. As she could not go to art school, she tried to meet artists from the Alcoyan crib, who helped and encouraged her to continue painting, teaching her techinques and trends for her improvement.
Campbell has acquired a personality of her own in each of her landscapes. Most of her works belong to private collectors.
